Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. There are no long-term lock-ins. You can cancel whenever you choose and your plan will remain active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade as your park needs more distribution and visibility, or move to a lower package when your current billing period ends.
How does monthly billing work?
Essential and Growth can be paid monthly. Your subscription renews each month until you cancel, and there is no cancellation fee.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans are paid once in advance at the discounted price shown above. You can cancel the renewal at any time and keep access until the end of that paid year.
Do you charge per listing or upload?
No. Every package includes unlimited uploads, so your team can keep all available, draft and sold stock organised without a per-listing fee.
Do you charge per enquiry?
No. Buyer enquiries go directly to your park without commission, referral fees or a charge per lead.
What is included in the Free package?
Free includes unlimited uploads, mobile listing creation, an organised stock library, a website feed and your Holilots park profile.
What does OnTheMarket distribution include?
Essential publishes through the Holilots-branded OnTheMarket route. Growth adds your park’s own branded presence while enquiries still go directly to your team.
Will Holilots help us get set up?
Yes. We will help configure your park profile, stock workflow and connected feeds. Growth includes priority onboarding and a dedicated account manager.
Is Multi-Park priced per location?
Multi-Park pricing is tailored around the number of parks, users, distribution requirements and onboarding support needed.
