Holilots uses the information you submit to review your Founding Park Programme application, verify your holiday park and contact you about onboarding.

Information we collect

We collect the contact and park details you provide in the application form. We do not collect payment details at this stage.

How we use it

Your details are used only to assess your application, communicate with you and, if accepted, arrange your Holilots onboarding. Application information is visible only to authorised Holilots staff.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or remove your application information by contacting the Holilots team. We retain application records only for as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes.
